Michael Stephens

Michael Stephens checks his cell phone after his keynote address. This year’s dynamic keynote speaker was Michael Stephens, Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Library and Information Science at Dominican University. He loves technology and encouraged us to embrace it.

Michael moved throughout his audience as he encouraged us to jump head first into the 21st century. If you were trying to take his picture, you had an impossible task. If you wanted to learn more about the many ways to use technolgy to promote libraries and library services, you only had to listen to his lively presentation.

He posted his slides on his Web site for his keynote address and for the session he and Jenny Levine presented.
